Create new tagged images derived from Trixie

Debian Trixie (currently Debian Testing) has entered its "Hard Freeze" phase with an estimated release date around August - noting that Debian release are driven by quality, not dates.

It would be useful to start to prepare images so others can start testing/building against all the latest dependencies/libraries etc. in the Debian 13 ecosystem.

I am hesitant to add an OS that is not stable, given that it would be paired with stable versions of Rust. That said, I would be open to adding Trixie to our nightly images¹ until it is released.

I've decided to open a draft PR (#243) anyway to check if everything at least builds correctly or if anything needs to be changed.

I also see bookworm was added much earlier compared to trixie 8936392

I was unaware that bookworm was added before its official release. Given that and the second release candidate for trixie being released yesterday, I would be fine with adding trixie images.

That great. I was going to reply that its normally custom to release n+1 builds just before release (images, libraries etc.) so you don't get a situation where on day 1 of the new OS, you realise there are breakages - but didn't want to rock the boat.

#243 was merged which added the trixie images. The images will be available once docker-library/official-images#19385 is merged, and they get through the official-images build queue.
