The incorrect versions come from the re-export of several macros in std

Interestingly, accessing these macros via core says Since 1.6.0 - which is when feature(core) was stabilized.

todo looks correct to me

i think a new nightly just got cut? it was definitely broken on nightly just a bit ago.

This is because prior to 1.38.0, these macros were only available in core, not in std. see their reexport site in std/src/lib.rs.

I think we should consider rewording things to make it clear that the attribute means "stable at this path since", and that the item may have been stabilized earlier at other paths.
