What best way for creating listing ?

Hello can any one tell me what best way for create new listings on amazon marketplace ?
I want to create detailed listing items and track the detailed results for errors.

Listing items api or Feeds api ?

You'll want to use ListingItems which replaces the feeds. To get the required fields and enumeration values, use the ProductTypeDefinitions endpoints with your intended category.

The ListingItems is half sync half asynchronous. You'll get immediate errors for some issues, and asynchronous errors for others. You can subscribe to the listing item notifications to get informed of asynchronous errors.
