Thread Sanitizer Failures With clang20/gcc15

There are some new thread sanitizer failures detected after the update to gcc 15. See https://github.com/sandialabs/qthreads/actions/runs/14869905915/job/41755788995?pr=361 for an example.

Alright, this one at least was just caused by an earlier error in the CI script. The basic tests are the only ones that have been working with thread sanitizer thus far (see #303 for why I haven't bothered to push this further yet). Due to running in a container the CI test script was running in sh instead of bash. This difference broke the if statement that limited the script to only running the basic tests with thread sanitizer.

Fixed in #361 now.
