Steps to Reproduce
Create a new project
Drag an Ask and Wait sensing block onto the workspace (optional)
Click an Ask/Wait block on either the workspace or the blocks pallet
Note: the cat asks What's Your name in a speech bubble and the ask prompt appears
Click "See Project Page"
Note: you are taken to the project page and the ask prompt is gone, but the speech bubble is still there.
Click "See Inside"
Note: the speech bubble remains and there is a glow around the ask/wait block you clicked.
Click the block again
Note: the glow disappears but the speech bubble remains
Click the block again
Note: the glow returns and the speech bubble is there, but no ask prompt appears
Click the green flag or stop sign (either works)
Note: the speech bubble disappears, the stack stops glowing if it was glowing.
Click the block one more time
Note: the speech bubble returns as does the ask prompt.
