We need to re-evaluate how we take custom content in for the sssd configs

As of right now, a user needs to specify the EXACT content they want in their sssd config without any validation. I think we can mitigate a lot of simple mistakes by also allowing users to input a hash of ini_settings. This would allow us to keep current functionality while also supporting the current method.
