Improved banner to SimPEG version #57
Description
On the landing page, we advise the users to run the tutorials using the latest version of SimPEG. However, I have seen people create bug issues on SimPEG because they ran a tutorial using an older version. I wonder we could autogenerate a banner or something more prominent so that users keep their version up to date.
