Add an "Open in evm.codes" button

What if we create an "Open with" button with a modular approach (in the code), so it's very easy to integrate new services?

then we load all the declared classes like this one in the "Open with" button

The EVM codes didn't really work well as it easily hits the max URI length with the raw bytecode, I forgot to document.

I don't think we need that much structure we just have one service for now (remix). All services will also have very different url formats so I also don't see the real benefit in having this much structure.
