Deprecate `SharedEntityManager` bean registration in favor of JPA 3.2 qualified `EntityManager` injection

Spring Framework now allows qualified EntityManager injection through spring-projects/spring-framework#33414 so we are not required to register a shared EntityManager anymore if the EntityManagerFactory originates from AbstractEntityManagerFactoryBean
