ESLint `svelte/no-navigation-without-resolve` errors in demo

The demo template now has multiple ESLint errors.

Caused by eslint-plugin-svelte@3.12.0 update.

• feat(no-navigation-without-resolve): added to recommended rule set eslint-plugin-svelte#1308

Making <a href="/"> an error seems too strict, and even causes problem with the tutorial.

If you have this rules, I think it's fair to do it eveywhere, even <a href="/"> should be <a href={resolve('/')}>. No ? To strict ?
Or the rule should accept some exceptions? / /about ?

I don't want to use resolve() on every static href="".

This goes against the SvelteKit tutorial and docs, as mentioned in the other comment.

I agree that it's a bit agressive.

Maybe the default should be:

We should keep the eslint config as minimal as possible. If we can have good defaults from the eslint plugin that would be best
