Apologies for the issues you are issue you are facing, I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this!

This issue seems to me like there is some kind of conflict with another plugin or something within your site.

Please go ahead and test for conflicts: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/. Please make sure you disable ALL other plugins besides The Events Calendar and our other plugins, and revert to a default WP theme (like 2020), and then see if this problem goes away.

If you can, it’s helpful to copy your site to a staging or dev platform, so that you can test thoroughly and also provide us an Admin login to check things out. You can read more about creating staging sites at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/.

And could you please share your System Info by copying and pasting that info into your response: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/sharing-your-system-information/.
