Download User List and Subscription Status from Admin Portal

Please describe feature/problem details and the solution you'd like.

I'd like to periodically download my user list and the state of the subscription from the portal so that I can compare it against internal user records to detect any users that should be removed and or any users that should be added.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've attempted to screen scrape the portal HTML but that hasn't worked very well.
