How to set height for horizontal split?

I can't seem to set the height in pane1style for horizontal split.

I tried pane1Style={{height: '300px'}} but it's not doing anything. It still defaults to 50px.
Help?

You must use the defaultSize, minSize or maxSize definition:

<SplitPane split="vertical" defaultSize={290} minSize={170} maxWidth={400}>
    <!-- Your Content -->
</SplitPane>

You can use a numeric value like {1234} or an percentage value like "50%":

<!-- Numeric -->
<SplitPane defaultSize={100} [...]>

<!-- Percentage -->
<SplitPane defaultSize="30%" [...]>
