Firefox: New Navigation displays 'More' dropdown always though there is enough space to display all the items of the menu

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to www.topcoder.com/challenges
2. Check the New Navigation

Actual:
'More' dropdown is always displayed regardless of the size of the screen in Firefox.

Expected behavior
'More' dropdown should not be displayed when there is enough space to display all its content.

This happens only in Firefox but works good in Edge
