[AC] [Bug] NpcBot.Cost.Rent does not scale to level brackets

Current behaviour

If I set NpcBot.Cost.Rent = 200000 the hour cost is the same to a low level as a higher level.

With the above setting it is always 20 gold per hour.
NpcBot.Cost.Hire does scale.

It isn't bug as it described in config file - that parameter is static atm.
But that will be great if NpcBot.Cost.Hire will be scaled! Please make it scalebale! 🙏
