GH component idea: design space size component

Sort of a simple one, but it might be nice to include with a larger suite of design explorer tools ... build a grasshopper component that determines the size of a design space - how many iterations does it contain?

It should accept sliders (and potentially other UI elements - MD sliders for example), count the number of steps in each dimension, and multiply everything out.

@jramsden271 has modified the original code of David to do something very similar. Here his blog post. I them modified the code and added more functionalities and we had couple of emails back and forth making changes to the code that resulted in Fly

I was supposed to push it to github at some point but never had the chance to do the last bits of modifications for release but you can download it as it is from this link
