Issues with Umbraco Workflow

Hi,

I'm having several issues with Umbraco Workflow.

I am Using Umbraco 15.4.1 and Umbraco.Workflow 15.1.2.

1. On Content page, Workflow tab, when page size is set to 5 by default, paging isn't working.
   The only way to see all tasks, is to change the page size to 25. (that's not always optimal)
2. Time in workflow tables is shown in UTC time instead of my browser's time. (Umbraco handles this well. Workflow isn't) - this also causes schedule content to get published at the wrong time.
3. Setting Approval threshold to all, doesn't work. When one member of the group approved, the content is being published.

1/ yup, that's a bug. I can reproduce and will patch next week alongside the v16 release
2/ this was resolved in 15.1.4, please let me know if it's still an issue after upgrading
3/ I can't reproduce this one, but suspect it's a combination of the threshold and the flow type - could you please let me know the flow type setting value you're using.
