'ti', 'tt' and 'ft' literals issue in PDF version

All 'ti', 'tt' and 'ft' literals are represented as 'ঞ' (U+099e), '�' (U+0082) and '[' (U+005B) symbols after copying and pasting text anywhere.

For example "5.2.3.1 A Better Abstraction" pastes here like "5.2.3.1 A Be�er Abstracঞon"

Not sure what to do about this one. Sounds like a character encoding issue or something to do with "prettification" of characters for the printed page.

Are you copying from PDF of HTML?
