Fucntion to project point data to mesh cell for visualisation

Hi

Is there a function which projects marker data onto cells for visualisation? something like vis.scalar_fn_to_pv_points but for marker data? I imagine this will require some embedded averaging and interpolation methods since some cells can have more than one marker and others can have none.
