Feature Request: Add description to search index

If I search for “uv”, I get documentation for uv (the Python package manager), but the model searches for “uv python” and, absurdly, doesn’t find what it’s looking for at all ;)

Both. mcp and on web.

I asked it to use the PV documentation by Context7. The model then queried mcp: “uv python” and got no useful results.
However, the correct documentation only appears if you search for “uv” without the word “python”.

the problem is the project you search for, does not contain the word python. @enesgules maybe we should include the description in search index.
