Allow Hearthstone button to work with a spell in addition to the actual item

What will your feature request solve?

Turtle WoW has a donation shop purchase that allows the Hearthstone to be a spell instead of taking up a bag slot. Since Bagshui expects the Hearthstone to be an item, the toolbar button will disappear if the Hearthstone is removed from your bags.

Describe the solution you'd like

Detect a Hearthstone spell in the spellbook and use that to determine whether the Hearthstone button should be available (click then becomes a spell cast instead of an item use).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Placing the Hearthstone spell on action bars.

The Hearthstone button probably really needs to become more of a general purpose teleport button that can trigger both items and spells.
