The Bagshui inventory layout is extremely flexible, but there is only minimal control over the toolbars. They can be turned off, and some items hidden, but nothing can be moved.

Provide custom toolbar layouts that can be associated with Design Profiles.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The current minimal customization is all that exists now.
