How to upgrade k3s version

First of all, thank you for developing this project.

My question is how can we update the k3s version used? It is very important for the infrastructure to work properly, for security and stability.

I made an attempt but I couldn't update it successfully, I guess I need to make some changes in addition to the update steps in the k3s document (https://docs.k3s.io/upgrades)?
