Is Zluda Dead?

I receive this error when running sdnext
"WARNING Failed to install ZLUDA: HTTP Error 504: Gateway Timeout"

I have an amd gpu and am trying to run stable difusion right now it appears to be running off my cpu.

but my graphic card is rx7600mxt and i cannot run the normal stable difusion, every time it says pytorch cannot be download and i run the web UI it says it have code 000000x2 erro and fail to run
