Fix gh-pages web site

Made first deploy of gh-pages http://vuejs-ru.github.io/vuejs.org/
Need to fix some issues

• Broken links (use path helper)
• Change markdown parser to hexo-renderer-markdown-it to support <abbr>
• Replace all <p class="tip"> on markdown-it-attrs notation text {.tip}
• Push back fixes to main Vuejs.org repo
