Expose useful composables

I often find myself creating components that use, expand on or behave like Vuetify components. It makes it easier for developers to use them, since they are used to Vuetify patterns, and make everything cohesive.

I've recently started to move to Vuetify 3, and I've noticed that you guys have several composables that you use to create your components that could be exposed and help people to create Vuetify-like components for their applications. Examples would be color composables (useColor, useBackgroundColor, useTextColor, computeColor) and a bunch of other ones. Maybe even a few of your makeXxxProps could be useful.

Any plans on doing that? Would that be possible?
