partio python ptc set format attribute

Hello.
Thanks for partio python!

A noob question.

In a .ptc I generated with partio python
I see the PTC Header(?) attribute

> Format : 640x480x300

Would anyone have an idea/example 
of how to set the 'Format' value
using partio Python ?
