move the JMH tests to the source code

Right now, I maintain an internal project with the JMH tests. I should include everything in here (jmh gradle settings too, so that running jmh test would be as simple as `gradle jmh`)...

All the libraries that are test dependencies must not be packaged (gson, datus, map-struct, etc)
