Unable to create user account

I was able to successfully deploy Windmill with these charts, but I don't seem to be able to create an account. Perhaps I'm missing something basic, but some advice here would be appreciate.

Ah, nevermind. I was able to find the default credentials under the Docker instructions on the Windmill website. It would help to have this spelled out more clearly somewhere though.
