google cloud storage support

along with azure blob, we've now added google cloud storage support to our workspace and instace storage settings. check everywhere where we mention azure blob and add a section for gcs, the resource type is called gcloud_storage and has two fields: bucket and serviceAccountKey which for workspace is another resource called gcloud and for instance is a json object.
