wxmaxima crashes when I try to open the Settings

[samiratfs]

I freshly set up my macbook pro (macOS Monterey Version 12.7.1)
I downloaded maxima and it works fine. The only thing that doesn't work as it did before is the font.
Look : On windows I can open the system settings and change fonts, text size etc...
When i try to open the Settings on wxmaxima it crashes. Every time. I already re installed it and deleted it, it doesn't help.
I don't know what to do anymore and nothing helps. I'd be really thankful if someone could help me cause I really need acess to the settings. Thank you! (If you need any further information pless tell me so I can provide it)
