Per-notebook settings?

Howdy. I'd like to customize some settings for a local notebook. Is there a way to set settings by notebook path? My example case is I'd like to have adoc be the extension for a local notebook, but I want to keep md for the global notebook. Thanks!

@boldandbusted Just added experimental support for loading an .nbrc file in the root of a notebook for local settings in the latest versions in the repo.

It would be cool if specific notebooks or folders could get custom indicators. I use a capture/inbox folder for unsorted, untagged, unfinished first draft notes, that would be great to show as the inbox emoji. 📥 I could also see uses where other emojis would better symbolize the topic of the notebook.
