I do not understand where / what calibration information you are using.
The temple dataset comes with *_par.txt and *_ang.txt but you are looking for a intrinsics_division%02i.dat

I keep experiencing an AssertionError: Couldn't make sense of the filenames for the camera calibrations in /... path to data... /

Even if I attempt to step-through the code, without going via OpenCVStereoMatcher(), some functions a not there. Like match_features_sift(), get_matched_keypoints_coordinates() and calibrate and rectify().
