[Feature] Log in popup should only be shown if IntelliJ has focus

Every minute, I get following pop up

My Windows 10 switches desktops to that IntelliJ instanace. Very annoying when I am working on something else.

Even after "Log In via GitHub", it keep showing.

Maybe, it is because, I have two IntelliJ instances running - and the plugin cannot handle that?

Hi, this is related to auto-fetch and popup is not shown directly by the plugin, but it's triggered by fetching.

I'll look into why plugin might be preventing from settings to "stick", but as a workaround I see two options:

1. invoke normal fetch - Git > Fetch action from main menubar. If should cause login to "stick"
2. disable auto-fetch in Settings > Version Control > GitToolBox > Auto Fetch tab > checkbox next to Auto fetch
