How can i change the navigation bar background color?

Expo used to have NavigationBar.setBackgroundColorAsync("white"). I'm digging into the docs, and I can't find a solution. Either I'm missing something obvious, or it's not possible.

@RafaelCENG You can't. Android deprecated setNavigationBarColor in Android 15+:

But there's a trick. Go full transparent and position a View behind the navigation bar using react-native-safe-area-context. Set a custom backgroundColor to it. Bonus: it also works on iOS.
