…ices` API `jax.experimental.colocated_python.colocated_cpu_devices()` can now find a CPU `Mesh` for a given `Mesh`. This requires no manual reconstruction of JAX `Mesh`, and results will allow better caching for `Mesh` and its internal `PyDeviceList`. PiperOrigin-RevId: 770356547
