@YuliyaPoznyak as per my other note, that shouldn't be a KB article. Create Legal section with pages: Terms & Conditions, Privacy.
Privacy needs to contain

1. some general mumbo-jumbo about us storing necessary customer information and
2. PII and PHI in plugin (what you wrote in the article)

Terms & Conditions - grab from https://alexacrm.com/terms-and-conditions/ (rename few things). Make it clear that we only apply license to the DataPress plugin hosted on wordpress.org site (i.e. free version). The rest shgould be under dual licensing: MIT for code + EULA that covers support and updates for commercial customers. Use chatgpt to generate appropriate EULA and we'll discuss later
