Joomla 4 debug plugin ported for Joomla 3.

Requirements

1. PHP 7.2 as min.

Installation

1. Install the release package in Joomla extension manager.
2. Disable "System - Debug" plugin.
3. Enable "System - Debug 4" plugin and adjust plugin settings.

Known issues

1. FontAwesome icons missed.
2. Awful yes/no radio buttons in plugin settings.
