Lynis 2.3.1 (2016-07-14)

This is a minor patch to improve upon findings in version 2.3.0.

Changes:

Convert all skipped tests to uppercase
Only add license key when it is defined
Updated French translation
Exclude custom.prf from tarball (download via website)
