This pull request adds new content to the deep learning section of the documentation, specifically focusing on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. The most important changes include adding a new LSTM overview link to the neural networks index and creating a detailed LSTM documentation page.

@that-ar-guy Sorry and Thankyou for your contribution.

But after careful consideration, we have decided to close the Algorithms/Libraries section, as most submissions are directly copied from AI tools and lack originality.

Additionally, this approach does not provide meaningful learning opportunities for AI/ML enthusiasts.
