Update the testing workflow with the OSFV test suite to prove, that VirtIO storage drivers are visible in QEMU. Provide the required tools to set up the test suite with osfv-test-data.

This is the second coreboot PR to resolve Dasharo/dasharo-issues#901.
A run that proves, that the esp-scanning.robot test suite passes.

OSFV changes required for this workflow were merged into the main branch and everything still works.

Update the testing workflow with the OSFV test suite to prove, that
VirtIO storage drivers are visible in QEMU. Provide the required tools
to set up the test suite with osfv-test-data.
