This is an ad-hoc implementation to account for user-defined anelastic strain (i.e., chemistry, electrochemical process, etc.) in solid mechanics solution.
Eventually, we want to build a coupled Electro-chemo-mechanical solver with @lihanyu97 to fully accommodate this feature, but for now, I made this PR for some quick testing.
