Feat: gtfs visualization

Summary:

Adds gtfs visualization to the gtfs feed detail page, where the user will be able to expand the map view and fliter for elements

Expected behavior:

Should display the routes and stops in a gtfs map

Testing tips:

Provide tips, procedures and sample files on how to test the feature.
Testers are invited to follow the tips AND to try anything they deem relevant outside the bounds of the testing tips.
