En el rescate del historial de commits, pareces haber hecho algo raro, ya que en un momento dado de la historia, los archivos están en el directorio raíz, y luego se mueven en el commit de migración.
Revisa por favor eso y corrígelo.

The tests has been also refactored a bit for not duplicating code.
