Proxynect passes all requests through a persistent daemon process. This allows the Kinect to be used by more than one process at a time, and also solves some issues relating to repeated reinitialization (e.g. gradually shifting depth values). Signed-off-by: Robert Xiao <[email protected]>

Confirmed working. Due to the usage of Unix-specific calls, it may not be cross-platform yet.
