It Works very well! Now with this format I can create mutation tests with the expectation of failure (xfail). And skip the real test, as I identified that the xfail tests are not serving me. |

Added a setting to accept xfailing dependencies.
This ensures a test with a dependency marked with xfail will not be skipped if that dependency fails as expected.
It will still be skipped if the xfail dependency passes or errors out.
