Introduction:

This page contains the necessary code to run the analyses presented in the paper "Quantification of wake and sleep microstate topographic differences in brain aging, Alzheimer’s disease, and hyperexcitability."

Files included:

"Microstate_topography_preprocessing_and_analysis.ipynb": Preprocess and analyze the microstates obtained from the Cartool toolbox.

"Robustness_analysis.ipynb": Perform the clustering robustness analysis of the supplementary methods section.

"Electrodes 10-20_v3.20.xyz": EEG electrode coordinates.
