For Windows just download and extract Windows version and run "miniweb.exe" in the desired folder.
For Mac and Linux, download and extract source code zip file. Then run a http server in the desired folder (python -m SimpleHTTPServer for python 2 and python -m http.server module for python3)

Then open localhost:8000 in your browser to load the application.
