Based on #180
This PR tries to select the user's latest available and supported dotnet sdk version to use (provided that
dotnet --list-sdksconsistently returns the versions in an ascending order) instead of throwing an error in the first place by checking only the latest installed version.Could be useful whenever there are newer dotnet versions on the user's system which are not yet "supported" by this extension.
