This PR does the following:

  • Specifies the URL schemes that the demo checks with canOpenURL. This allows the demo to work on modern iOS.
  • Uses an HTTPS sites for the demo page. We'd use the author's page, but that doesn't respond on 443.
  • Adds strings, icons, and code for Open in Firefox.
  • Adds Open in Firefox to the demo project and the README.
